RETURN POLICY
We hope you love your purchase but if you change your mind, you're welcome to return your product to us within 14 days of your delivery date for an exchange or store credit.
Due to the nature of our products, the product returned must be in new, unopened, unused and resaleable condition.
How to make a return
- Check that you meet the above return conditions.
- Login to your customer account via this link https://account.raiaskin.com.au or via our website.
- Submit your return request via your customer account. Please note, customers must cover the postage cost to send the item back to us.
- We will review your return request and if approved, we will send you instructions on how to send your order back to us.
- Once we receive the returned item(s) and we deem they are in its original, unopened condition, we will issue you a store credit to your account. Store credits expire after two years.
It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.
Your return will only be approved and processed if it meets the return conditions. If the product has been opened and used, or otherwise does not meet the return conditions, your refund will not be processed and you will be liable for any shipping costs to return the product to you.
Faulty Products
If you believe you have received an item with a manufacturing fault or an incorrect item to the one ordered, please email info@raiaskin.com.au and attach 2-3 clear photos of the fault. If the product is deemed to be faulty, we will organise a refund, store credit or direct replacement.
International Order Requests
If your international order request was approved and fulfiled, please note we do not accept refunds on these orders unless the product is faulty. If you believe your product is faulty (this is defined as a major failure that makes the product unsafe), please email info@raiaskin.com.au and attach 2-3 clear photos of the fault. If the product is deemed to be faulty by us, a refund for the cost of the product will be provided to you. The shipping fee you paid will not be refunded.
Please note, a minor failure (eg. the product's packaging is cracked but does not affect the safety or use of the product) is not considered faulty and thus not eligible for a refund.
